The 10-week Identity Process™ group will help you discover a deeper awareness and appreciation of your unique identity and grow in self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-confidence. You will explore formative aspects of your past experiences, understand key connections to your present struggles, and integrate meaningful opportunities to grow and thrive in your future. This group is offered in a small group format to facilitate meaningful discussions and connection with others who are on a similar journey of self-discovery.

This group will take place on Thursdays beginning on 09/24/2026 and will continue for 10 weeks until 12/03/2026 at 6:00pm PST to 7:30pm PST. The cost is $50 per session or $450 when paid in full at the time of registration. Insurance is accepted for CA residents only through Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of CA or Medicare.
