The 10-session Identity Process™ group will help you discover a deeper awareness and appreciation of your unique identity and grow in self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-confidence. You will explore formative aspects of your past experiences, understand key connections to your present struggles, and integrate meaningful opportunities to grow and thrive in your future. This group is offered in a small group format to facilitate meaningful discussions and connection with others who are on a similar journey of self-discovery.

This bi-weekly group will take place on Thursdays, 6:00pm to 7:00pm beginning on 10/01/2026 and will continue every other week until 02/18/2027. The cost is $50 per session or $450 when paid in full at the time of registration. Insurance is accepted only through Aetna, Blue Cross, or Medicare.
