What areas do I need to cultivate in my life to produce grounding, stability, and nourishment?

SESSION 4: TRUNK - Personality and Character

How do I discover and embrace the essence of who I am?

Negative core beliefs often drive us to develop false roots to mask and protect our wounded sense of self.

Healthy guilt can move us toward others in healing and forgiveness.

Shame causes us to hide from others and turn in on ourselves in loathing and condemnation.

The branches of a tree reach for the sun and grow toward the light.
