Hi, I’m Jodi and I look forward to meeting you.
I am passionate about empowering people of all ages to create change and live their best life. I specialize in guiding individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and growth, while integrating heart, mind, body, and spirit to cultivate meaningful and authentic lives. I help people unlock their potential to thrive through difficult seasons and life transitions, and experience deeper connections and relational health. Sometimes life feels overwhelming and we need some support and guidance along our way. We may not know how or where to start, but we just know that something needs to change.
I provide a unique combination of therapy and coaching that builds on your individual strengths to improve your personal, relational, professional, and family life. By understanding unhelpful patterns and experiences from our past, we can cultivate healthy awareness and coping tools in the present, which optimize our ability to grow and thrive in the future.
Please reach out for support if you or your loved ones are struggling with any of the following: Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Trauma, Grief/Loss, Low self-esteem, Lack of Confidence, Overwhelming Emotions, Marriage, Relationship, or Parenting Challenges.
Asking for help can feel like a big first step. You are not alone. Click here to request an appointment.
