Identity Coaching

Identity Coaching provides a unique and personalized process of self-discovery and growth. To that end, Dr. Tompkins has designed the Identity Process™ to coach you through a transformative identity journey. The Identity Process™ is offered either as a weekend retreat or as a 10-week individualized coaching experience, through which you will explore formative experiences from your past, that help you to better understand ongoing struggles in your present, and become empowered to grow and thrive in your future. The Identity Process™ workbook is designed as a developmental framework to build upon in the context of coaching or counseling. Each session is structured with opportunities to cultivate identity awareness and integrate key concepts upon which to build cognitive behavioral resources and interpersonal relationship tools. The Identity Process™ Coaching Program offers a variety of Identity Coaches who are trained and certified by Dr. Tompkins to guide individuals and groups through this 10-week program.
