The 10-week Identity Process™ group will help you discover a deeper awareness and appreciation of your unique identity and grow in self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-confidence. You will explore formative aspects of your past experiences, understand key connections to your present struggles, and integrate meaningful opportunities to grow and thrive in your future. This group is offered in a small group format to facilitate meaningful discussions and connection with others who are on a similar journey of self-discovery.

This group will take place on Wednesdays beginning on 10/08/2025 and will continue for 10 weeks until 12/17/2025 at 6:00pm PST to 7:30pm PST. The cost is $50 per session or $400 when paid at the time of registration. Insurance is accepted for CA residents only through Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross of CA or Medicare.
